Efficient low cab forward design allows for superior maneuverability and load distribution, plus entry and exit is safer and easier. Available in 110, 120 and 130 horsepower ratings, fuel efficient and environmentally friendly FAW 3.0 liter diesel engines feature the latest technologies including high pressure (1800 Bar) common rail fuel injection and a double overhead camshaft (DOHC) design for optimum performance.
The engine’s virtually flat torque curve from 1400 rpm enhances driveablity for more efficient operation. Euro IV engines utilize a combination of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) combined with a diesel oxygen catalyst (DOC) and particulate oxidation catalyst (POC). Euro V engines utilize a variable geometry turbocharger (VGT) and cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), combined with a diesel oxygen catalyst (DOC) and particulate oxidation catalyst (POC).
