Although not a traditional “accessory,” regular replacement is critical. We recommend using SAE 80W-90 GL-4 or SAE 90 GL-4 grades. The first oil change should be performed at 5,000 kilometers or 125 hours, with subsequent changes at 20,000 kilometers or 2,000 hours (whichever comes first).

The sub-case uses a lock pin-type synchronizer (e.g., CA12TA series), where the friction material gradually wears out during use. The synchronizer ring must be replaced when the backup clearance is less than 0.5 mm.

Includes the first shaft bearing, second shaft support bearing, intermediate shaft bearing, etc. Bearings operate under high-speed, heavy-load conditions and are prone to pitting, peeling, or excessive clearance. The axial clearance wear limit for the main shaft support bearing is 0.5mm.

Mainly include the first-shaft oil seal (using an A-type seal ring) and the output shaft flange oil seal, etc. These prevent lubricant leakage; aging or damage can cause oil leaks.

Follow-up valve: Controls the high/low-speed air circuits of the auxiliary transmission. The internal O-rings may fail to seal properly, causing air leaks. Reducing valve: Reduces the vehicle's air supply pressure to the working pressure. Malfunctions may cause insufficient air pressure or blockages, affecting gear shifting.
